How it works
Sign in to your Zoho account through Fintroller, and you're connected. Fintroller stays connected automatically — no need to log in again. It reads your data whenever it needs to reconcile, audit, or prepare filings.
What Fintroller reads
- Contacts — your customers and vendor records
- Invoices — sales invoices with line items and tax details
- Bills — purchase bills for reconciliation
- Chart of accounts — your full account structure
- Payments — payment records and outstanding amounts
- Zoho Invoice — invoice creation and management
Setup in three steps
- Sign in to Zoho — click "Connect Zoho" in Fintroller and log in
- Select your organization — choose which Zoho org to connect
- Choose what to sync — pick which data Fintroller should read
What gets automated
- Reconciliation of your Zoho Books data against GSTR-2B returns
- Invoice-level mismatch detection
- Vendor payment preparation from your Zoho bill data
- Compliance filing preparation from your Zoho records
