These terms govern your use of the Fintroller desktop application and related services. By using Fintroller, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only — to manage finance operations for businesses and clients you are authorised to represent. We provide the software as-is during the private beta. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the product running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service while in beta. You retain all rights to your financial data. We process it only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell, rent, or train models on your data. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the desktop app and revoking ERP connections. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Last updated: April 2026.
